I am thrilled to share that I have joined the truvi commerce team as their Customer Success Manager!

My career in the wine industry began when I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to work within this exciting industry by someone (Stephen Mutch) who was willing to take a chance on me, when I had little to no experience. I was tremendously grateful for that leap of faith and his ability to value my enthusiasm to learn, work ethic and recognize my passion for an industry I grew up surrounded by. The risk he took on me, all those years ago, has helped shape my career and ultimately the course of my life. The opportunity to once again work alongside Stephen Mutch as he partners with industry veterans Karin Ballestrazze and Sheri Hebbeln to launch truvi commerce, feels a bit like coming home.

This month marks 10 years for me professionally within the wine industry. My journey thus far has been unique and heavily immersed in its complex DTC needs. I have been fortunate to work on both the SaaS side, in eCommerce and Fulfillment Client Services, and within DTC from the winery side, focusing on eCommerce and Digital Marketing.

Having spent equal time on “both sides of the fence” I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with truvi commerce to help support their winery clients on this innovative platform. My DTC winery experience allows me to put myself in the client’s shoes to support them holistically and help guide our efforts to continually improve our service and platform with our customer’s needs at the forefront of all we do.

This team is, and has always been, a dream to work with. I look forward to how our passion for honesty, respect and innovation will help those in the wine industry that we are fortunate to work with.
